Health Information Technology Service Desk Analyst (Remote) 
(6-month contract)

AL, AK, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, KS, KY, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, WY

Must Have:
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Basic Computer Skills (MS Windows based; basic math skills; basic reading skills)

Nice to Have:
- 1+ year of experience in a position requiring frequent interaction with customers, clients, students and/or prospects, either face-to-face or via telephone
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year of customer service experience in a medical setting
